A causal model on police morale

Abstract
The study determined the model that best fit on police morale. It determined the possible existing relationship among organizational justice, workplace spirituality, and work-related activity of police personnel in CARAGA Region. 400 police officers were the source of data, which yielded a result of very high level in all the variables of the study; significant relationships existed between organizational justice, workplace spirituality, work-related activity and police morale. Results also revealed that organizational justice, workplace spirituality, and work-related activity significantly influence police morale. Furthermore, generated model 5 fits police morale. This means that the causes of police morale lean on the organizational justice and work-related activity. In addition, police morale is best anchored on organizational justice and work-related activity, which signifies that the extent of organizational justice and work-related activity could mean higher police morale of the PNP personnel.
