dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to determine which domain of work stressors best influences interpersonal conflict among PNP Region 11 personnel. This study used quantitative-correlational design. To determine the samples of this study, stratified random sampling procedure was utilized employing the Slovin Formula. There were 380 respondents in this study. These were the uniformed personnel assigned in front line units or in the police stations in different Police Provincial Offices of PNP in Region 11. The researcher used survey questionnaires in administering the study. In line with the objectives of the research, the result showed that in assessing the level of work stressors, the respondents demonstrated moderate level same as with the result in interpersonal conflict which showed also moderate level. Work stressors significantly correlated to interpersonal conflict. It was found out that the domain of work stressors that best influences interpersonal conflict is job barrier stress.
