Based on the findings and conclusions, the performance and satisfaction of the traffic enforcers, drivers and operators in terms of implementation of traffic regulations, arrest of violators and prevention or control of accidents with 5 item statements for each indicator is high. There is a significant relationship between the performance of the traffic enforcers and satisfaction of the operators and drivers in Pob. Dos Bansalan Davao del Sur. Based on the conclusions the researchers recommend that the performance of the traffic enforcers should conduct regular seminars about traffic regulation and also put a traffic officer on the highway along the bridge to apprehend the traffic violators along the highway. To maintain the satisfaction of the respondents and pedestrians they should arrest all road violators even if they are acquaintances. To the TMC, they must hire more traffic enforcers to manage all areas and arrest all violators in Pob. Dos Bansalan Davao del Sur.
