Abstract
This study aimed to determine which domain of organizational climate significantly influences job performance of Davao City Police Office personnel. A quantitative non experimental research using descriptive correlational method was employed in the study. A total number of 292 respondents with a rank of Police Officer One to Senior Police Officer Four (PO1 to SPO4) were selected through random sampling. The findings revealed that the level of organizational climate in DCPO was high and the level of job performance in DCPO personnel was very high. Moreover, organizational climate and job performance were positively and significantly correlated and that organizational climate influences job performance. The domains of organizational climate which significantly influence job performance were autonomy and recognition and competitiveness.
