dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of the study was to describe which domain in caring behavior of teacher best influences teacher school connectedness. The respondents of the study were 277 Public Elementary School Teachers of New Corella District, Division of Davao del Norte for School Year 2016-2017. The study was quantitative non-experimental using a correlational technique. An adapted modified questionnaire was used in gathering the data. Mean, Pearson-r, and Linear regression were used as statistical tools. Results showed that the level of caring behavior of teachers was Very High, while the level of school connectedness of teachers was also Very high. There is a significant relationship between caring behavior of teachers and their school connectedness. Among the domain of caring behavior of teachers, reduce anxiety, demonstrate willingness to listen and recognize student behavior have significant influence on the school connectedness of teachers. The domain of caring behavior of teachers that best influences teacher connectedness is reduce anxiety.
