This descriptive study aimed to assess the level of student satisfaction to the
services provided by the UM Digos College Records and Admission Center
(RAC). Specifically, this study measures the satisfaction rating on the
following services: admission process, enrolment facilities, and staff. There
were 1,334 students who religiously participated in the research undertaking
and randomly selected from six (6) academic department namely: Business
Administration Department, Liberal Arts Department, Education Department,
Technical Department, Criminology Department, and Nursing Department.
Based on the results, it was revealed that students from the Technical
Department showed highest satisfaction in terms of the admission process,
enrolment facilities, and staff while student from the Education Department
showed the lowest satisfaction rating in all indicators.
