Student learning engagement relies greatly on the delivery of teaching and learning instruction. Hence, the study was conducted to determine the relationship between the online learning instruction and student learning engagement of first year BEED students. Employing descriptive-correlation design, the researchers surveyed 88 respondents from first year BEED students at UM Peñaplata College. Using mean, test scores, and Pearson r results showed that the online learning instruction and student engagement were interpreted as very high level. This further signifies that student involvement in online instruction is significantly associated. Meanwhile, the student learning engagement was analyzed as very high descriptive level. This entails that BEED students always manifest online learning instruction which is considered as vital factor to achieve quality learning at all cost. Moreover, the researchers rejected the null hypothesis which exhibited that there is a significant relationship between the online learning instruction and student learning engagement of first year BEED students. Furthermore, the p values for the coefficients indicated that online learning instruction and student satisfaction relationships are statistically significant. Similarly, this significantly implies that success in the online learning instruction is mostly a function of student involvement. Therefore, the school administrators and teachers must provide options on learning instructions or modality to choose from if necessary.en_US
