dc.description.abstractThis study entitled “Student’s Motivation on Learning English and Satisfaction on Blended Learning in Peñaplata Senior High School” aimed to identify the relationship between students’ motivation and satisfaction on blended learning. This also aimed to know how satisfaction influences the motivation of students. Blended learning has been a vital system to students and educators when pandemic started. It has changed student’s motivation to learn using this mode of learning. This study aims to determine the level of motivation on learning English and the level of satisfaction on blended learning amongst senior high students of UM Peñaplata College. The study used quantitative method and correlational approach in determining the relationship between student’s motivation on learning English and their satisfaction on blended learning. Using random sampling, 132 students answered the survey questionnaire through Google Forms. The collected data was statistically treated using mean and Pearson-r to determine the relationship of student’s motivation and satisfaction. Results showed that most students are integrally motivated to learn English especially in knowing and understanding the social life of native speakers. Blended learning has satisfied students’ needs and results show that students are motivated to learn using blended learning. Results also showed that students’ motivation on learning English has a significant relationship to their satisfaction on blended learning. Student’s satisfaction can influence their motivation to learn the language. Researchers recommend this study to provide ideas for students in identifying which areas are more or less likely to be motivated. For teachers, researchers also recommend this study to provide strategies in motivating students to learn using blended learning.en_US
