dc.description.abstract | The study explores the instructor education students' attitudes towards learning geography. A
descriptive survey graph of research is used, and the respondents were instructor training
students of the University of Mindanao, Matina Campus. Survey questionnaires are allotted to
the 59 purposively-selected college students at some point of the college 12 months 2017-
2018. Findings divulge an excessive degree of attitude towards the mastering of geography;
high in phrases of geography and the environment; high in phrases of the importance of
geography; excessive in phrases of the relevance of geography in students' lives; and
reasonable in phrases of geography as a faculty subject. Generally, there is no full-size
distinction in students' attitudes in the direction of the studying of geography when analyzed
with the aid of gender. The implications of the findings underscore the necessity to deliver
geographic guidance with attractive techniques to improve student understanding of the
subject.
