The purpose of this study was to explore and determine the domain of perceivedpsychological well-being and service quality of the elementary teacher amid covid-19pandemic in Samal Island. Psychological well-being plays a foundational role with dailyfunctioning across many areas, including work performance and job-related stress levels.Service quality is widely recognized as being a critical determinant for the success of anorganization in a competitive environment, where any decline in customer satisfactiondue to poor service quality should be a matter of concern. There were 50 Elementaryteachers in Angel Villarica School in Babak participated in the study. Furthermore, thisresearch work uses a descriptive design with Likert Scale as being used in gathering data.After, obtaining the data, the data were analyzed using weighted mean. The results showthat the level of perceived psychological well-being of elementary teachers is in High
level, indicating that all of the enumerated indicators were observed always. Therefore,the results revealed that there is a significant relationship between perceivedpsychological well-being and Service Quality of Elementary teachers amid covid-19pandemic in Samal Island.
