ONLINE LEARNING INSTRUCTION AND STUDENT SATISFACTION OF BEED STUDENTS IN UM PEÑAPLATA COLLEGE

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Online Learning Instruction and Student Satisfaction of BEED students at UM Peñaplata College. Utilizing the descriptive-correlational method of research and validated questionnaires in data analysis with Mean and Pearson Product–Moment of Coefficient Correlation as statistical tools. The result shows that the level of online learning instruction among the BEED students is very high, which means that it is always manifested in student satisfaction. Additionally, the level of student satisfaction among BEED students is high, which means that it is oftentimes manifested in online learning instruction. Indeed, there is a significant relationship between online learning instruction and student satisfaction; understandably, UM Peñaplata College values the satisfaction of the BEED students in online learning instruction. Moreover, course assessment best influences student satisfaction out of all the indicators. The researchers recommended that school instructors should continuously implement course assessment that will meet the course objectives and learning outcomes to maintain strong satisfaction among BEED students. Hence, the lack of providing learners information about the online tools they use in an online setting will reduce their satisfaction. Furthermore, UM Peñaplata school administrators are recommended to select instructors for online learning instruction. Course content should be carefully designed in coordination with an assessment to achieve the best results in online learning instruction.
