researchers recommend that emphasizing recognition in the organization is
relevant citing the accomplishments of the employees and how they have
contributed to the advancement of the organization, the general manager
should keep a record of the accomplishments of the employees to be able to
recognize annually deserving employees. Also, loyalty and dedication are the
best weapon the employees could have in their daily duties in the working
place, which would be the basis of the management to compensate them
reasonably and reward them for their unwavering effort. On the other hand,
pursuing similar study would render the study useful to the future researchers
by using it as their reference, particularly the factors that influences hotel
