dc.description.abstractMember commitment has historically been an essential ingredient in the survival of cooperatives, and it continues to be important today. Most of the time the members view dividends as a return for patronizing the cooperative. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of members’ perception on the credit policy of Samal Island Multi-Purpose Cooperative. The Samal Island Multi-Purpose Cooperative presented this study with Quantitative Descriptive research method in which a researcher examines and describes the difference on members’ perception of credit policy based on respondents’ profile. The respondents of the study are the members of Samal Island Multi-Purpose Cooperative. The result show that overall, of the mean scores which is 4.04 with a standard deviation of 0.43. The mean score is described as high level and shows that the credit policy of SIMC is reliable. However, there no significant difference on members’ perception of credit policy regardless of their sex, marital status and educational attainmenten_US
