dc.description.abstract | This qualitative multi-case study aimed to determine and explore the life experiences of the participant before and after joining the KAPA ministry. In-depth interviews were done to 18 participants including farmers, transportation drivers, vendors, employed individuals, teachers, and businessmen in MABAMA (Matanao, Bansalan and Magsaysay), Davao del Sur. Miles and Huberman framework was used for data analysis. Thematic analysis revealed that the pre-experiences of the participants before joining the ministry were the financial constraints, debt, wage dependency, and low business profit. After joining the ministry, the members confessed their post-experiences in terms of financial back-up, debt repayment, lending money, capital for business, and sustaining personal and family needs/wants. Hence, the KAPA ministry created an impact on the peoples’ lives especially to their members. Members showed a positive response to the organization. However, providing the public more knowledge about investment decisions and behaviors is necessary. | en_US |
