This quantitative research study was conducted to seek the correlation between the two given variables. The study revealed that the students’ level of reading and language fluency was Average which means students can read and comprehend but there are still minor mistakes. While in the arithmetic fact skills, students were at the Intermediate High level which means the students are very good at solving arithmetic problems and are able to understand the problem. In assessing the correlation between the two variables, it resulted that every indicator of arithmetic fact skill is not correlated to all indicators in reading and language fluency having an overall R-value of 0.242 which is greater than 0.05 level of significance. This pointed out that the null hypothesis is accepted. Further, it was concluded that there is no significant relationship between the two variables that were being tested. It is recommended that future researchers must better use other variables such as students’ motivation and academic achievements that affect the students’ level of reading and language fluency. The difference with other factors can play a significant role in assessing the true correlation between the level of students’ arithmetic fact skills and the students’ level of reading and language fluency.
