dc.description.abstractOnline Shoppers have an important role in e-commerce. Creating high shoppers’ satisfaction will create high sales. Determining the problems or issues in online shopping will maintain high satisfaction with online shoppers. The study was conducted to determine the significantdifference between online shoppers’ satisfaction and demographic profile in the Island Garden City of Samal. The data was gathered through survey questionnaires distributed to 200 residents in the Island Garden City of Samal. Results showed that online shoppers’ satisfaction got a high level of satisfaction with an overall mean score of 4.01. Moreover, thesignificantdifference between online shoppers’ satisfaction and age got a F-value of 8.542 with a p-value of .000, which is significant. Similarly, the significantdifference between online shoppers’ satisfaction and gender got a t-value of 4.740 with a p-value of .000, which is also significant.en_US
