This study entitled “Financial Behavior of the People of the Island Garden City of Samal" was conducted to determine the significant level of Financial Behavior. Through this study, the researchers analyzed, evaluated, organized, and gathered data thoroughly. This study cooperated with two hundred (200) respondents of the Island Garden City of Samal. The type of research design that used in this study is quantitative descriptive. A quantitative research study determines the level between the independent and dependent variables within a population. A descriptive study establishes only associations between variables; an experimental study shows causality. The researcher adopted and modified the questionnaire from the study of Dew and Xiao (2011). The result revealed that the level of financial behavior was moderate, with indicator saving obtaining the highest score of 3.56 or high; Moreover, data showed a significant level between economic behavior and gender
