Employee Engagement and Motivation in D&E Construction Development Corporation
Abstract
The objective of this is to determine the relationship between employee engagement and motivation. The study assessed the relationship between employee engagement and motivation in the D&E Construction Development Corporation. The statistical tools employed were mean and Pearson-r. The data was gathered through the use of a survey questionnaire to 38 D&E Construction employees. In Employee Engagement, the result revealed that the indicators Vigor, Dedication, Absorption are oftentimes manifested in D&E Construction Development Corporation. The result showed that both employee engagement and motivation got high mean scores. There is no relationaship between the employee engagement and motivation in D&E Constraction Development Corporation
