The study was conducted to determine what is the level of customer
satisfaction in relation with the restaurant ambience and to determine their
significant relationship between restaurant atmosphere and customer
satisfaction in selected establishments in Davao City when tested according
to the profile data. To gather information with regards to the Restaurant
Atmosphere and Customer Satisfaction in Davao City, the researchers used
descriptive research method. The data was collected to give data for
analysis of the variable statistician interference methods for target
respondents. The respondents in this study were 400 customers in selected
restaurants in Davao City. The result shows a high level of restaurant
atmosphere and customer satisfaction and high significant relationship.
