dc.description.abstractThe study chose 100 inbound tourist in Davao City wherein during the survey, they have indicated their reactions. Mean and Pearson r were used as the statistical tools in treating the data. Descriptive correlation was utilized in the study using the convenience sampling technique. The main purpose of the study was to assess perception and attitude of inbound tourist towards hotels establishments in Davao City. The results were as follows: The level of perception of inbound tourist towards hotel establishments in Davao City was very high; level of attitude of inbound tourist towards hotel establishments in Davao City was very high; and, there is significant relationship on the level of perception and attitude of inbound tourist towards hotel establishments in Davao City. . The implication of the study involves the hotel establishments which focus on the development and improvement of their own hotel attributes and create activities that would help the hotel. They provide sufficient diet foods and beverages for specific type of customers staying in their establishments. On the other hand, the local government officers provide inputs for decision making as to how they can manage and develop sustainably the hotel attributes.
