dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to investigate the longevity study of Paradise Island Park and Beach Resort in the Island Garden City of Samal. The researchers employed qualitative research design, and an open-ended interview guide questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument. The instrument used in the study was validated by the members of the panel. Narrative analysis using thematic method was used to analyze the data. The respondents of this study were selected employees or staff of Paradise Island Park andBeach Resort in the Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS). Findings revealed that strong management-employee relationship is needed in order to achieve the company’s goal. In addition, continuous training for employees or staff are essential in order to provide excellent customer service to their customers. Also, consolidation of ideas is the best way to encourage creativity and innovativeness among employees.
