dc.description.abstractThe main objective of the study was to determine the effects of transformative education and managerial competencies of the UM-CHE graduating students. The study utilized the descriptive correlation research method and use descriptive statistics such as Mean and Pearson r. The result yielded the following findings: The level of the effect of transformative education and level of managerial competencies among CHE graduating students of the University of Mindanao was high; and, there was a significant relationship between transformative educations and level of managerial competencies among CHE graduating students of the University of Mindanao.
