quantitative research. Relevant data was acquired through the use of modified survey
questionnaire. The respondents of the study are the tourist coming to Davao City from
other Region or Country respectively. There are 50 respondents and majority of them
are female who are between 26 to 30 years old. Among the four (4) indicators, the
highest result was safety and security with the mean of 4.05. This explained that the
respondents were able to feel ensured in the area because securities are visible,
experienced quality performance of employees in terms of asking for assistance in
case of emergency and able to know and are reminded about the safety pre-cautions
when it comes to dangerous act and hazardous incidents. However, there is no
significant difference in the level of host-guest interaction management strategies of a
local community. Similarly, there is no significant difference when analyzed
according to age, sex, and civil status. The researchers conclude that most of the time,
