dc.description.abstract"The main objective of the study was to determine the level of customer dining experience and patronage of selected Halal-claimed restaurants in Davao City. Questionnaires were administered to 300 halal-claimed restaurants in Davao City and the gathered data were treated with statistical tools such as Mean and Pearson r. The result of the study are presented as follows: Halal claimed restaurants in Davao City are providing satisfying dining experience to the customers the reason they showed very high level of satisfaction; Satisfied customers see to it that they patronize the halal-claimed restaurant by eating frequently as a sign of loyalty; an indication of very high level of patronage; a very good dining experience will result to a very high level of loyalty, which is the case among diners of halal-claimed restaurant in Davao City whose positive experience is related to positive patronage. The implication of the study includes the adjustment in the curriculum of hospitality education giving room for Halal food and hospitality in anticipation of the influx of tourists from Muslim nations. Hotels and Restaurants in Davao City could be assisted by the local government in accommodating halal hospitality, particularly accommodation and food.
