The study about “Lived Experience and Coping Mechanisms of BSN Students on the Substantial Requirements in the Professional Nursing Subjects” conducted to determine the effect of substantial requirements among the nursing students of the University of Mindanao in their quality life and how they utilize it in dealing with stress-related circumstance, this aims to provide a basis for the complaints of students regarding workload capacity that are given to them. The study is qualitative research which involved respondents selected randomly from the College of Health Sciences Education of the University of Mindanao, Matina Campus, Davao City, A formulated questionnaire made by the proponents disseminated on the selected nursing students. The dominant part of the respondents felt burned out, but they don't see it as a hinder, and they also used gadget while studying to communicate with their family and friends and most of them view their family as motivation. The proponents then recommended to limit the use of devices and social media during study period and making of assignments/requirements, to finish things on time, make a to-do list to accomplish tasks given and have a good time management to focus effort on academic priorities and avoid cramming on the day of submission, teachers could provide time for students to relax and free themselves from stress, and lastly the family, especially the parents plays a significant role in each student's everyday life having an open communication is necessary for maintaining their motivation.
