dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to determine the level of the human resource practices and employment retention of JK Salazar Corporation in Bansalan, Davao del Sur. The researchers aimed to determine the significant relationship between the level of human resource practices and employee retention. The study was conducted using the descriptive-correlation method. The researchers personally administered the questionnaires to the employees of JK Salazar Corporation with 50 participants as respondents. The result of the human resource practices was described as high, as well as to the employee retention of JK Salazar Corporation. The significant relationship between the level of human resource practices and employee retention of JK Salazar Corporation was tested at 0.05 level of significance. Thus the decision on HO: was significant, which means that there was a significant relationship between the two variables. Based on the findings and conclusion of the research, the researchers recommended that the management should implement the drawing up human resource management plan and training and development since these indicators are significant and would help for the success of the business. As their business grows, we recommend that JK Salazar Corporation should implement their human resource management to deal with issues related to compensation, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, training and contribute greatly to the overall company direction and the accomplishment of its goals and objectives.en_US
