This study is conducted to determine the food safety practices of Bansalan Public Mall Food Court. Specifically, it seeks to answer the questions about what is the demographic profile of the respondents, to what extent the respondents perceive the stall owners of Bansalan Public Mall Food Court, and if there is a significant difference in the perception of the respondents when analyzed according to income and educational attainment. Based on the foregoing conclusions, the researchers recommended that the Banalan Public Mall Food Court stall owners must consider the identified factors that greatly affect their customers’ decision of dining or not dining in the food court, and make sure that these factors food handling/preparations food hygiene, food storage, food quality, and services are always positive before its customer’s perception.
