"Illegal drug problem is the most challenging issue the government need to solve. Specifically, government action toward drug problems are in line with the limits of laws and rehabilitation. However, change in policy-making and program implementation highly depend on public opinion and cooperation of private institutions. The Philippine society as one of the world’s recognized as bridge of drug trafficking in Asia suffers a volume of drug addiction and violence related to this abuse. This study aim to determine the occurrences of drug cases violation in the year 2013 and 2014. The limit of the study is to explore this problem within Davao City. Thus, the research thrust of this study was to identify the frequency of drug cases violation and proposed an intervention program that can help resolve the drug problem issue in the location of the study. The researchers requested the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-XI to use their data in the study. Based on the data, drug offenders were classified specifically. The researcher used frequency and percentage tools to identify the data. Furthermore, the researchers presented a proposed intervention scheme to the following stakeholders.
