dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to determine the level of patient satisfaction of Digos doctors hospital incorporated. The researchers aimed to determine the level of satisfaction in terms of hospital environment, nursing service, medical service and security. This study was conducted using the stratified sampling and purposive design using the standard questionnaires of the hospital. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondent-patients who were conveniently available to provide the needed information. Patients were very satisfied with Digos doctors hospital incorporated in terms of hospital environment, medical service, nursing service and security. Thus, the null hypothesis was accepted which means that there is no significant difference in the level of satisfaction when patients are analyzed by profile. As researchers, we recommend that Digos doctors hospital incorporate enhance its marketing strategy. The fact that the name of the hospital was already known, it would be an advantage for them if many people would be informed in the modern facilities and services they rendered.en_US
