Food safety measures and customer welfare of Mama Angging’s catering services in Bansalan

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the food safety measures and costumer’s welfare of Mama angging’s Catering Services, what is the level of costumer’s welfare of Mama Angging’s Catering Services and if there’s any significant relationship between the level of food safety measurements and costumer’s welfare of Mama Angging’s Catering Services in Bansalan. Based on the study results the level of food safety measures and the customer's welfare of the Catering services was high. So, the researchers recommend that Mama Angging’s Catering Services should conduct training and seminars that would enhance it’s employees knowledge and skills about the food sanitary and safety. They should strictly follow the food sanitation procedures to ensure customer’s welfare. Also, the cleanliness of the palace, materials and anything that can be reasonably expected to come into contact with food such as the food processing equipment, cookware and work surfaces should always be maintained.
