dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted to determine the service quality and customer satisfaction of rose bakeshop in Bansalan, Davao del Sur. KIt seeks to answer the questions of what is the level of service quality of Rose Bakeshop and the satisfaction of the customer in terms of reliability, responsiveness, tangibility, assurance, and empathy. If there is a significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Based on the results presented by the researchers that the level of service quality in terms of reliability, responsiveness, tangibility, assurance, and empathy is high. The level of customer satisfaction in terms of reliability, responsiveness, tangibility, assurance, and empathy is satisfied. There is a significant relationship between the level of service quality and their level of satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the researchers recommend that when it comes to level of service quality, the Rose Bakeshop should conduct a survey annually so that they would know their advantages and disadvantages. They must consider the factors affecting their quality of service in order to give satisfaction to the customer. Rose Bakeshop must introduce their services to the public to increase publicly. When it comes to customer satisfaction, further studies should be conducted on how to enhance further the quality services identified. Continuous improvements are essential thus, Rose bakeshop should conduct or undergo seminars and training development in order to learn and get new ideas to satisfy customers and to enhance their service quality. | en_US |
