| dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted to determine the satisfaction level of customers of the serenity massage and spa services. The researchers aimed to assess and measure the satisfaction level of customers of the Serenity Massage and Spa services in Bansalan, Davao del Sur. It seeks to answer the questions on what is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of their age, sex, and educational attainment. What is the level of satisfaction of customers on serenity massage and spa services in terms of whole body massage, back massage with aromatherapy oil, foot spa, and pedicure and manicure. And if there is a significant difference in the satisfaction level of customers on the services of serenity massage and spa when analyzed by their age, sex and educational attainment. Based on the result presented, the researchers concluded that most of the customers of Serenity Massage and Spa Center are those ages from 33 and above, female and attained college degrees. The level of satisfaction of customers of Serenity Massage and Spa Services in terms of whole body massage, back massage with aromatherapy oil, foot spa, and pedicure and manicure is high. There is a significant difference between the levels of satisfaction of customers on the services of Serenity Massage and Spa when analyzed by sex. There is no significant difference between the levels of satisfaction of customers on the services of Serenity Massage and Spa when analyzed by age and educational attainment. The researchers recommended that in order to satisfy more customers, Serenity Massage and Spa must introduce new techniques and technology to their customers; this is one way of attracting them to patronize the latter and preventing them from switching to a rival. To improve customer’s level of satisfaction, the Serenity Massage and Spa should always foster an ideal relationship among them by promoting good character, always satisfying customers, exceeding their expectations and providing them satisfying services. Serenity Massage and Spa should conduct surveys annually so that they would know their advantages and disadvantages towards their services. Further studies should be conducted on how to enhance services to increase customer’s satisfaction. Serenity Massage and Spa must consider the factors affecting their services or even their therapist in order to give customers satisfying results. The Serenity Massage and Spa must introduce their services to the public so that it will be known to the people of the locality. The therapists of Serenity Massage and Spa must undergo seminars and training in order to learn more and to get new ideas on how to give the customers a satisfying result. The Serenity Massage and Spa must add another service like Body Scrub in order to convey more customers and patronize the services. | en_US |
