Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the level of satisfaction of the members of Dalawinnon Farmers Multi-purpose Cooperative. The researchers aimed to determine the satisfaction of the members of Dalawinon Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative. It seeks to answer the questions about the level of satisfaction of the members in Dalawinon Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative in terms of Products and Services they offer, Interest Rates, and Personnel Services, and if there is any significant relationship between the level of the personnel services and the member’s satisfaction of the DFMC. Based on the findings of the study, the level of member’s satisfaction of DFMC in terms of products and personnel services is described as very high. However, the interest rates are described as high. There is a significant relationship between the level of personnel services and the members of DFMC when analyzed by the Savings and Loan. There is no significant relationship between the level of personnel services and the members of DFMC when analyzed by the LGP (Loan Guarantee Plan) and the Damayan Program. And the researchers recommended that in dealing with the interest rates, they should lower it down or should have the high interest rates in short term loans while low interest rates in long term loans for coping up easily. In order to attract and have more members, the DFMC must think of other services since members are very high on their products and services. They recommend that they should maintain their products and services to provide more satisfying and quality service. The researchers also recommended that this study can be improved by the future researchers.
