dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to determine the significant relationship between service delivery and client satisfaction among selected clients of civil registrar’s office in Panabo City. The independent variable of the study is service delivery. The indicator of service delivery was efficiency. On the other hand, the dependent variable of this study was client satisfaction. The researchers used descriptive correlation method and the statistical tools used in this study were mean and Pearson-r. The significant value of efficiency is 0.000. There is a significant relationship between service delivery and client satisfaction. It means that there was a strong relationship established between service delivery and satisfaction among civil registrar’s clients in Panabo City.
