dc.description.abstractThis study sought to establish the relationship between the impact of job stress and employees commitment among the faculty members of UM Panabo College. This study applies descriptive correlation design and (46) employees of UM Panabo College. The researchers used in enumeration sampling in determining the number of respondents and statistical tools using the study were the Mean and Pearson-r. The result of the computation using r-value is 0.328 associated with the significant value of 0.026 of P-value which is less than the alpha of 0.05. Thus, it was found out that there was a significant relationship between the impact of job stress and employees commitment among the faculty members of UM Panabo College. It implies the job stress has an impact on employees commitment. Therefore, OSM could affect the employees commitment of UM Panabo College.
