dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to determine the differences between occupational safety practices and workers among selected banana plantation in Davao del Norte. The main variable of this study was occupational safety practices. The researchers used the systematic random sampling method in determining the number of respondents and statistical tools used in the study were Mean and Pearson-r. The result of the computation using f-value 1.033 associated with the significant value of 0.408 which is greater than the alpha 0.05. Thus, it was found out that there is no significant difference between occupational safety practices and workers among selected banana plantation in Davao del Norte.
