The objective of the study was to determine the influence of physical aspects of the laboratory environment and school culture on the motivation towards learning the chemistry of senior high school students. The study used a descriptive correlational technique to use a quantitative, non-experimental research design. A total of 300 STEM students from public senior high schools in Kidapawan City Division participated in the study. A stratified sampling technique was used to obtain data through a survey instrument. Mean, Pearson r, and Regression Analysis were the statistical tools used for the data treatment. Results showed that the overall level of the physical aspects of the science laboratory environment, school culture, and motivation towards learning chemistry of senior high school students was high. There is a significant relationship between the physical aspects of the science laboratory environment and motivation toward learning chemistry. There is a significant relationship between the school culture and motivation toward learning chemistry. The physical aspects of the science laboratory environment and school culture significantly influence senior high school students’ motivation towards learning chemistry. The study advances the idea that students supported by comfortable, well-equipped science laboratory and positive school culture are expectedly more motivated to learn chemistry.en_US
