Individual performance is critical in the workplace. It refers to a person's ability to work well. Furthermore, whether or not a person accomplishes an excellent job is determined by performance. Human resource management is an essential aspect in determining organizational outcomes and performance. One of the most critical aspects of performance is the ability to set goals. This study has a sense of urgency to investigate the relationship between workplace satisfaction and teacher performance as mediated by work engagement. This study is being conducted urgently to establish the association between job satisfaction and teachers' performance as measured by work engagement. The outcomes of this study will aid in bridging the resource management gap by designing appropriate policies for enhancing performance through work engagement, which will lead to job satisfaction. Furthermore, performance is the deliberate act of creating high-quality outputs due to a predetermined objective or desire.
