dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to assess teacher leadership abilities in the classroom. Individual work performance among educational service providers remains an issue that must be addressed globally. The study determines which domain of school leaders' leadership orientation influences teachers' work performance. The outcomes of this study have global significance since they generate knowledge critical for educational growth and policy. The researcher employed a quantitative non-experimental design and the correlational research technique to address the study's aims. Thus, it demonstrates the levels of leadership orientation and individual work performance, the performance and domains of leadership orientation on individual work performance, and the domains of leadership orientation of school leaders that have the most significant influence on teachers' individual work performance. Finally, the findings revealed that school leaders' leadership orientation in terms of human resource orientation had the most significant influence on teachers' work performance.
