dc.description.abstractThis study assessed the influence of school climate and the principal's leadership style on the performance of public elementary school teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. A descriptive correlation design and regression were utilized in the study. Adapted questionnaires were used to survey 306 public elementary school teachers via an online Google Form. The data were treated using mean, Pearsons r, and regression. The study findings are as follows: the school climate, principals' leadership style, and performance of public elementary teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic are high. During the COVID-19 pandemic, school climate and principal leadership style were found to influence the performance of public elementary school teachers significantly. Of the two independent variables, the school climate best predicts teacher performance.
