dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research study is to determine the significant relationship between Online Teaching Behavior and the learning motivation of BPE students at U.M. Tagum College. To assess the level of online teaching behavior and verify the status of students' learning motivation. Moreover, this study employed a quantitative non-experimental research design utilizing the correlational method. The study deals with qualitative data, therefore the process of gathering information is through the means of a questionnaire. The setting of this research study is the University of Mindanao Tagum College. Furthermore, the respondents of this research study are BPE students from all year levels and all genders, with an age ranging from 18-24 years old. The statistical tools that were used in analyzing and interpreting the data are mean, Pearson r, and linear regression analysis. In addition, the calculated data indicates the significant relationship between online teaching behavior and students' learning motivation. Regression analysis reveals that organizational Behavior and socio- emotional indicators significantly influence the learning motivation of BPE students at U.M. Tagum College. Thus, as a recommendation, the DepEd and CHED officials may conduct seminars, training, or workshops to enhance teaching skills, communication skills, and teaching personality.en_US
