dc.description.abstractGym Goers face numerous problems. The health challenges of these dream goers are multiple and complex because of the different factors causing it. Hence, to gather in-depth insights and interpretations from the gym goers, we conducted a qualitative research. The study involved 14 participants, 7 for in-depth and 7 for focus group. Triangulation of data was made through the data sources from the in-depth interview, Focus Discussion and the researchers which served as third informants. On the positive and negative challenges faces by the gym goers are: Insufficient time, Time management, Fear of injury, and Body adjustment Furthermore, on the coping mechanism of gym goers are: Monitoring of daily activities, Self-motivation, and Self-discipline. Moreover, these finding enriches the knowledge of benefits of being physically fit, which also broaden the perspective of individual in terms of understanding the importance of being physically fit.en_US
