| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to capture the perspective of Tagumenos upon their compliance with policies enforced by the city law enforcers amidst Pandemic Lockdown. The researchers applied phenomenological approach which assess the common experiences of several citizens in a real and actual phenomenon. A total of seventeen (17) participants, selected individuals are legal aged Tagumenos who experience the community Lockdown. Interviews executed through Virtual setting in every participant‘s convenient time. Data gathered are transcribed, translated, analyzed, and categorized into comprehensive set of themes. From the views of the Tagumenos on the implementation of the city-wide Pandemic, five (5) themes emerge: Divided Opinions to Protocols, Proposed Suggestions and Recommendations, Different Effects of Lockdown to Livelihood, Abrupt Change of Lifestyle, and Effectivity of protocols. On the assessment of the effectiveness of implementing city-wide Pandemic lockdown in Tagum City, four (4) major themes derived: Citizen‘s role and obligation, Enforcer‘s performance on their sense of duty, Government intervention and action, and Issues emerged amidst health crisis. Furthermore, Tagumenos‘ insights on the importance of implementing city-wide Pandemic lockdown in Tagum City results in four (4) major themes: Issues emerged amidst health crisis, Citizens don‘t believe COVID-19 is Existing, make protocols implementation stricter, and Lockdown is effective. | en_US |
