| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to determine the level efficacy of stress management among men in uniform. Utilizing the descriptive type of study with 140 men in uniform as respondents of the study, Mean was the statistical tools used for the data treatment. Results showed a very high level of stress management among men in uniform in terms of long hours work, time pressure, difficult or complex task and poor physical work conditions. The efficacy of stress management among men in uniform is directly greater in giving what the men in uniform needed. The men in uniform exists to serve the people, defend the nation, protect vital national interests, and fulfill national responsibilities. Stress management is important to prevent the onset of problems with home life, health issues, and mental health. Moreover, the effects of this stress can be damaging for family members. | en_US |
