The use of technology has grown increasingly prevalent in our generation, and we employ various tools to complete various objectives in our daily lives. We have several new technologies nowadays that influence our life. Technology is used in almost every aspect of our life and business operation. Most of the research we deal with is concerned with just one job, after which they evaluate candidates based on written tests such as cognitive and behavioral to get the desired results. The purpose of this study is to create a web application job match that will assist PEESO and lighten the task of finding employment for applicants. The Gale-Shapley algorithm was employed to develop a matching system between job seekers and hiring companies based on qualifications. The goal of the Gale-Shapley algorithm is to pair variable X with variable Y. We used the GS Algorithm because it has the same concept as how we will build the system. The job seeker will find a job based on his/her preference. Matching will be implemented, and the result will be shown with a percentage and the desired position.en_US
