dc.description.abstractThe study dealt with the quality of working life and morale of multigrade teachers in the Municipality of Maco. Results showed a high level of the respondents' quality of working life in terms of safe work environment, equitable wages, equal employment opportunities and opportunity for advancement. The said teachers acquired high level of morale in terms of school environment, parent support, student responsiveness and enthusiasm and stress. In the test of relationship between the two variables involved in the study, results showed a significant relationship between quality of working life and morale of multigrade teachers indicating that having a high level of respondents' safe work environment, equitable wages, equal employment opportunities and opportunity for advancement were considered very important in boosting their morale, while continually working on their respective fields which motivated them to do at their best and produce functional citizen in the future.en_US
