This study aims to determine if the relationship between office workspace quality through Post-Occupancy Evaluation and government employees' satisfaction in the Indoor Environment Quality is influenced by personal background, workspace location, and the four types of office workspace, which are: Individual, shared-room (2-3), Small Open-plan (4-9), rand medium-open plan (10-24). The study employed stratified sampling wherein the strata are the types of office. Using Slovin's formula, the total computed participants are 155 municipal office employees. Results show a significant relationship between the overall IEQ satisfaction and the overall workspace quality, r = 0.0889/p = < .001. It indicated a very strong positive correlation. Thus, the regression analysis based on the results indicates a significant influence of the two variables F (1,153, p<0.05), refuting the null hypothesis. Further analysis also revealed workspace quality significantly influenced employees' IEQ satisfaction, t= 23.930, p<0.05. In particular, workspace qualities such as thermal, lighting, office furnishings, and cleanliness and maintenance show significant influence among the other parameters of the study so as the shared-room workspace type. In conclusion, the workspace quality in the perceived satisfaction on IEQ influences the overall satisfaction of the employees regardless of the other variables. The study also recommends POE from the CBE survey in the evaluation of IEQ's in the office environments.en_US
