The initiatives entail the improvement of the construction of rubber institutional facilities. This study aims to provide an accurate and reliable assessment of quality conditions in the rubber institutional training facility of the Kilometer 7 Farmers’ Producers Cooperative (KFPC) in Barangay Tungao, Butuan City. This study employed a quantitative-qualitative approach based on a mixed-method research design with a structured questionnaire survey and interview of the users of the rubber institutional training facility of the Km. 7 Farmers’ Producers Cooperative (KFPC). The researcher conducted a quantitative study to assess the existing quality condition of the institution through two (2) stages: a user-based questionnaire survey to be handed out on-site and online and an ocular inspection walkthrough/site visit. Moreover, a qualitative research method was employed to obtain data using structured interview questions on the key informant groups to triangulate the quantitative approach. The results show that users' perception of all the assessed facilities achieved an overall " satisfaction rating." Thus, it implies a moderate quality achieved. Furthermore, Multi-purpose buildings reached the highest level of satisfaction with an SI value of 75.02% and thus achieved a moderate quality. Major quality issues related to indoor environmental quality and the availability of support facilities were noted through key informant interviews. Therefore, the study has practical significance for the users of rubber training facilities.en_US
