Tourists may foster an attachment to a place due to its capability to meet specific goals, activity demands, or symbolic value. This paper explicitly explores the relationships between place attachment, place satisfaction, and destination loyalty and the difference between the three selected civic buildings in Tagum City regarding destination loyalty. Correlation analysis and ANCOVA were employed to analyze data collected from 384 locals of Tagum City. Results revealed that place attachment and place satisfaction positively correlate with destination loyalty. Significant differences exist among the three selected civic buildings in Tagum City. Local visitors who visited Tagum City Historical and Cultural Center had a significantly higher level of destination loyalty than those visitors of the New City Hall of Tagum City and Tagum City Trade and Cultural Center Pavilion. The findings of this study offer valuable implications for tourism development in Tagum City.en_US
