dc.description.abstractThe researchers aimed to establish the relationship between Teacher’s Communication Skills and Student’s Exposure to English Language of first year GE2 students in UM Panabo College. The independent variable of this study was Student’s Communication Skills. The indicators of student’s communication skills were home, friends, school and media. On the other hand, the dependent variable was teacher’s communication skills. The researchers use quantitative, non-experimental, and correlation research design and statistical tools were Mean and Pearson-r. The result of the computation using r-value is 0.186 which associated with the significant value of 0.006 of P-value which is less than the alpha 0f 0.05. Moreover, there is significant relationship between teacher’s communication skills and student’s exposure to English language. The result of the study shows that teacher’s communication skills play the role to make students expose to English language.
